1. What we collect
Account data: your name, work email, company name and phone number, and the business information you enter during setup.
Product data: leads, notes, tasks, campaigns, messages sent and received, bookings and usage counts generated while you use the Service.
Payment data: billing status and subscription identifiers. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Technical data: authentication sessions, error logs and basic delivery events such as opens, bounces and complaints.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, run the AI sales agent on your behalf, send and track the outreach you configure, process payments, provide support and improve reliability. We do not sell your data and we do not use your prospect lists for any other customer.
3. Prospect data
When the Service researches or contacts prospects, it processes business contact information on your behalf. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people; we act as your processor.
4. Processors we use
We rely on a small number of vendors to run the Service: a managed database and authentication provider for storage and login, an email delivery provider for sending and receiving outreach, AI model providers for research and drafting, a contact enrichment provider, and a payment processor for subscriptions. Each processes data only to perform its function.
5. Data isolation and security
Every record is scoped to your organisation and enforced with row-level security at the database level, so one customer can never read another's data. Access is authenticated, traffic is encrypted in transit, and secrets are stored in a managed secret store rather than in application code.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data remains available to you until you request deletion; once requested, we delete it from live systems and it ages out of backups.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from within the product or by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the application. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
