Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Vertex AI Sales ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. One account represents one business.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Free trials last 14 days and require no card. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your current period.

If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it succeeds. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and no further charges are made. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use of outreach

You are the sender of any email the Service sends on your behalf, and you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and your recipients' jurisdictions, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and equivalent rules.

You must not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or adult content, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to send to purchased or scraped consumer lists, or to impersonate another person or business. We may suspend accounts that generate excessive spam complaints or bounce rates.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to research prospects and draft messages. Output may contain errors and should be reviewed. You remain responsible for everything sent from your account.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of your business data, leads, messages and bookings. We process it only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may cause interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of any particular number of leads, replies, meetings or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will note the effective date below. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
